1. Eligibility & Identity Verification (KYC):
The applicant affirms full legal capacity and agrees to provide valid government-issued identification (National ID or Passport) upon request to ensure account authenticity and eliminate fraudulent profiles.
2. Authenticity of Qualifications & Portfolio (Intellectual Property):
The applicant warrants that all listed skills, academic credentials, professional experiences, and portfolio projects are their original work or legitimately co-created. The applicant assumes full civil and criminal liability for any intellectual property infringement.
3. Subscriptions & Membership Fees:
The member agrees to pay the designated subscription fees for the chosen tier (Employee or Marketer) in accordance with the selected billing cycle (Monthly or Annual) strictly through the platform's official approved payment channels and electronic wallets. Off-platform transfers are strictly prohibited.
4. Renewal Grace Period, Suspension & Automatic Demotion:
A seven (7) day renewal grace period is granted prior to plan expiration. Failure to renew within this timeframe will result in automatic demotion to the Free tier (free), deactivating public portfolio visibility and hiding profile cards from search results until outstanding dues are cleared.
5. Professional Integrity & Delivery Milestones:
Service providers are obligated to deliver assigned orders according to agreed technical specifications, scheduled milestone deadlines, and adhere to designated video conferencing via the platform's embedded meeting link (meeting_link).
6. Commission Engine & Loyalty Point Ledger:
Marketers and providers are bound by bilateral contract tiers. Accrued loyalty points expire after 12 months and require a minimum withdrawal threshold of 50,000 points (equivalent to $50.00) and a minimum account age of 30 days. Self-referrals, order manipulation, or synthetic volume will trigger immediate balance forfeiture.
7. Strict Non-Circumvention & Data Confidentiality:
Directing clients to communicate, contract, or transact outside the Murshid ecosystem constitutes a material breach resulting in permanent account termination, forfeiture of pending balances, and legal claim for incurred damages.
8. Arbitration & Termination Rights:
Platform management reserves the unequivocal right to decline applications, restrict, or suspend accounts that violate operating policies, receive recurring negative client evaluations, or cause contract defaults.
